Thaapi Clean primarily provides services for laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, and related items.
Customers must inspect items upon delivery.
If there is a service-related issue, such as improper cleaning or damage caused during the service, customers should report it within 24 hours of delivery.
We may request photos or details of the issue to assess the claim.
Refunds will only be provided in cases where the service was not delivered as promised or if there was proven damage caused by our team.
Refunds will not be applicable for:
Pre-existing damage in garments
Items lost due to incorrect labeling by the customer
Items not reported within the 24-hour window
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Orders can be canceled before pickup without any penalty.
Cancellations after pickup may incur a service charge depending on the nature of the service and items collected.
Customers must contact our team via phone or email to request cancellations.
Thaapi Clean takes utmost care while handling all items.
In case of damage or loss caused by our team, we will provide compensation up to the value of the item as declared by the customer at the time of booking.
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for verification.
